DenHaagTax is a taxi company located in The Hague, Netherlands that was in need of a solution to the challenges they were facing with increasing demand for their services and growing competition in the market.
Challenge
The challenge for DenHaagTax was to create a custom booking system that would simplify the booking flow for users. Additionally, the system needed to have real-time calculations for the address inputs, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience.
Approach
To address these challenges, our team implemented a custom solution for DenHaagTax. We utilized A/B testing to ensure the best user experience, and chose to develop the system using Ruby on Rails and React.
Result
The result was a user-friendly and intuitive booking system that enabled DenHaagTax to easily manage bookings, put out cab orders, and process payments. Since implementing the system, DenHaagTax has seen a significant increase in bookings and a reduction in operational costs.
