DenHaagTax is a taxi company in The Hague. Demand for their rides was growing and competition was increasing. They were looking for a way to handle bookings more simply and efficiently.
Challenge
We had to build a custom booking system with the simplest possible booking flow. When addresses are entered, the system had to calculate in real time, so customers immediately know where they stand.
Approach
We built the system with Ruby on Rails and React. Using A/B testing, we compared variants of the booking flow and kept the version that worked best for users.
What it delivered
DenHaagTax now manages bookings, dispatches rides and processes payments in one system. Since the launch, DenHaagTax has seen more bookings and lower operating costs.
