Glasfixer makes custom glass, such as table tops, mirrors and shower walls, and also offers services. We built glasfixer.nl: a Shopify webshop with products and services in one overview and clear prices.
Challenge
Glass is made to measure: every panel or shower wall is different. As a result, every order needed a quote and was entered by hand. The webshop had to let customers order custom work themselves without making prices confusing.
Approach
We built the webshop on Shopify with a price calculator. The customer picks a product and a shape, enters the dimensions and glass thickness, and sees the price instantly. The webshop launched with three products and also lists services such as double glazing, repair and installation.
Result
Customers now order their custom glass online themselves, without a quote. Glasfixer no longer has to enter orders by hand, saving 10 hours a week.
