Haagse Taxi Centrale has been a trusted taxi dispatch in The Hague for years, known for its 070-7777777 number. It has the same owner as Haagse Taxi. We built a new website on the booking platform both brands share.
Challenge
The dispatch offers many different services: city rides, airport taxi, business travel and group transport. All of them had to be easy to find, while booking a ride had to stay as simple as possible.
Approach
We put the booking module front and centre on the homepage: pickup address, destination, stops, date, time, return trip and passengers, with an instant fixed price and shortcuts for popular routes. Every service got its own page, and the booking process is explained in three steps: plan, choose your taxi and confirm.
Result
Haagse Taxi Centrale now has a modern website that matches its trusted name, with the same bookings and fares as Haagse Taxi behind the scenes. Customers can choose: call as always, or book online themselves with a fixed price up front.
