The Dutch housing market is tight: high demand and little supply. Woonbot.nl helps people navigate it with a smart AI assistant. Users describe what they're looking for in plain language and immediately see homes that match.
Challenge
The biggest technical challenge was a scalable system that reliably collects data from different property websites. Each site has its own structure, formatting and update frequency. The system had to process thousands of listings per day without the data quality dropping.
Approach
We developed scraping technology that automatically searches property websites and collects up-to-date housing data. AI analyses that information and matches homes to users based on their wishes and budget. The system continuously looks for new listings and only forwards relevant matches.
What it delivered
Woonbot.nl turns a lot of scattered information into clear, personal advice. Users say their viewings are more targeted and that they're invited to viewings more often.
